Hi, my name is Angel. I am a proud mother of two little boys that love the outdoors and love being active. ACTIVE. The key word. That is an understatement. In order for me to keep up with these children of the woods I have to take care of my body and understand how to better equipe myself to staying active. I believe that personal excellence is the ultimate rebellion. (quote: Andy Frisella). I wouldn't want it any other way for the people that I treat so that they can be there for their family and friends in the same way as I want to be for my boys. I'm not afraid to go down that rabbit hole for my clients if it meant helping them in a greater way.
In order for me to help achieve the personal excellence for my clients all my treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. My appoach is to get to the underlining root rather than treating just the symptoms of pain.
